To proceed with a return, the first thing you must do is keep the order exactly as it arrived (unused and in its original packaging), and send the product back so we can process your refund. You will need to ship it to our warehouse via any courier of your choice, using a tracked service and secure packaging, to the following address:

Please remember to write your order number on the outside of the package.
Once it arrives at the warehouse and we verify that it is in perfect condition, we will process your refund within 2–3 days from the moment it is received. To speed up the process, please remember to attach the shipping receipt to info@exhaust.es
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
